I work with people who are seeking the kind of personal transformation that can only come with drawing near to the Lord.
Mired in destructive habit patterns, feeling like you can never really change? You can. Not by yourself, though. We all need help.
Together we will explore how to strengthen your relationship with the Lord and experience personal transformation through spiritual transformation.
You will benefit from my years of seminary training in this field as well as what I’ve been discovering on my own spiritual journey.
Marriage and Family
I work with married couples, as well as parents, who yearn to have healthier relationships with their mate and children.
Have these relationships gone stagnant? Are you challenged by barriers, such as past hurts, lack of trust and respect, withdrawal, etc., that get in the way of experiencing love and joy in your marriage and family?
I help you create and restore an atmosphere of mutual trust, respect, and grace so you can enjoy each other’s company, and support each other in life’s journey.
You will benefit from my extensive training in this field, as well as my own experience of enjoying marriage and family these past 35 years!
Transitions and Career
Change happens– to all of us— graduation, major moves, jobs, marital status, parenting…
Fear, confusion, anxiety, loss of identity and purpose, often grip us during these times, as we head into uncharted waters.
I help people navigate these transitions so they can sail on in purpose, confidence, peace, hope, and renewed vision.
You will benefit from my experience and what I’ve learned through many transitions. I’ll be with you as you embark on your new voyage!
Cross-Cultural
I help people who long to fit in where they are culturally different.
It’s challenging to communicate or feel comfortable with each other, when you see the world through a different grid. Little or none of what others think, say, or do makes sense to you, and you don’t make sense to them either!
But it doesn’t have to stay that way! With me, you will discover ways to relate, survive, and even thrive in cross-cultural relationships and teams.
Since my teen years, I’ve lived and worked among other cultures. I’ve overcome the confusion and communication barrier, and flourished in those settings. I’ll help you do that too.

Set up a 20 minute strategy call and we’ll talk about your needs, what you want to grow in or change, and how I can help you do that through coaching.
Choose a Coaching Plan
Choose from shorter or longer term packages. By committing yourself to at least four sessions, you will experience greater momentum and benefit. You can always book another package if you’d like to continue your progress.
